Robert Sherman Family Law Attorney

Robert Sherman joined Sherman Law Firm in 2005 as an attorney. His practice is focused in the firm’s family law and small estates section. His family law practice provides legal services for clients in child custody and child support  matters, and modification to existing court orders. In addition, he assists clients writing family documents including wills, powers of attorney and other marital and small estate documents. He also regularly assists bankruptcy counsel by appearing in hearings and bankruptcy proceedings.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of both the State Bar of Texas family law section and the Tarrant County Bar Association. A true renaissance man at heart, Robert has two undergraduate degrees in art and received his Bachelor degree in Biblical studies from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Robert received his Juris Doctor degree from Arkansas University at Fayetteville in 2004.

Robert and his wife, Sharon, enjoy spending time with their family, volunteering with their church and for pro bono organizations, and relaxing at home with their two Neapolitan mastiffs. Robert also enjoys music and water colors. He stays young at heart by sharing life experiences with his seven wonderful grandchildren.
